Members of the Drug Enforcement Section apprehended six people yesterday, in relation to drugs found throughout Palmerston and the Northern Suburbs.

In a series of seizures conducted yesterday, members executed three search warrants locating a total of 982.97 grams of cannabis.

One of those, a 30-year-old male at a residence in Anula, was charged with possess a commercial quantity of cannabis and supply schedule 2 drug, after members located 935.02 grams of cannabis in his possession.

Three offenders, a 20-year-old male and two females aged 24 and 37 are to be summonsed for drug related offences.

Members also seized two vehicles and issued two drug infringement notices and a drug house notice during the operation.
