Public Assistance Sought – Criminal Damage – Durack Heights

Police

Northern Territory Police are calling for public assistance following an unlawful entry at a construction site office in Durack Heights overnight.

Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Stringer said the office was unlawfully entered by unknown individuals on Thursday night.

“The office was completely trashed with computers and air-conditioners destroyed and the walls vandalised with blue spray paint.

“The paint used to cause this havoc is of industrial strength and quiet hard to get off the skin. We believe there may be some individuals roaming around town with remnants of bright blue paint on their hands.

“This kind of senseless destruction is devastating, we are very keen to catch up with the people responsible.

“Police urge anyone with any information to contact them on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.”
