Arrests - Groote Eylandt

Groote Eylandt Dog Operations officers, with members of the Drug and Organised Crime Division, Tactical Response Group and local police, have arrested a 17-year-old male after he was allegedly found to be armed with a large hunting knife at the Groote Eylandt Airport.

Structure Fire - Humpty Doo

Northern Territory Fire and Rescue Service and Northern Territory Police attended to a report of a structure fire in Humpty Doo around 8:00 pm last night.

Alcohol and tobacco stolen - Daly River

During the evening of 19 September a delivery truck parked in Nauiyu Community was broken into and approximately $9000 worth of alcohol and tobacco was stolen.

Large grass fire - Marlow Lagoon

Northern Territory Fire and Rescue Services crews are currently at the scene of a large grass fire in the vicinity of Flockhart Drive, Marlow Lagoon.

62 litres of alcohol seized - Daly River

A 50-year-old male and a 39-year-old female have each been issued a notice to appear after Daly River police found 62 litres of alcohol and a quantity of cannabis in the vehicle they were travelling in.
