Northern Territory Police Major Crime Squad have arrested a third person in relation to the death of Tony Rowe.

Detectives arrested a 42-year-old male at Francis Bay Marina yesterday.  He has been charged with:

• Accessory after the fact – murder
• Attempt to pervert the cause of justice x 2
• Demand with menace
• Aggravated assault

He was remanded in custody and is expected to appear before Darwin Local Court today.
