Northern Territory Police have arrested a second man in relation to an aggravated robbery involving a firearm in Katherine earlier this week.
Detectives from the Katherine Criminal Investigations Branch arrested the 28-year-old man on Tuesday afternoon where he was charged with:
- Aggravated Assault
- Robbery
- Burglary
- Enter building with intent to commit offence
- Criminal Damage
- Possess Prohibited firearm
- Discharge firearm
He was further remanded to appear in Katherine Local Court on 20 June 2023.
Katherine police are still searching for the location of the firearm used in the offending. Anyone with information is urged to contact police on 131 444.
