Northern Territory Police have issued a Notice to Appear in court to a 25-year old male for a drug offence.

On Friday 23 April 2021, police conducted drug screening operations at Darwin Airport.

Drug Detection Dog April provided a conditioned response to the male. A search was conducted and 25 grams of cannabis was located in the man’s pants.

The male has been issued a Notice to Appear in Darwin Local Court on 12 May 2021 for:

• Possess schedule 2 dangerous drug less than traffickable quantity – Public place
