Members from Strike Force Trident have charged three male youths following a number of unlawful entries throughout Darwin.

Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Bland said the youths were arrested yesterday after being identified on CCTV interfering with a number of cars at Darwin Airport.

“The youths were also questioned in relation to a number of unlawful entries to businesses between 9 and 14 June.”

Combined, the youths aged between 13 and 16 years old were charged with a total of 333 offences including unlawful entry, damage to property, stealing and trespass.

They will appear in Darwin Youth Justice Court on 5 July.

A fourth youth was questioned and will be considered for youth diversion.

More arrests are expected.
