Suspicious Death Update #4 - Alice Springs

Detectives from the Southern Investigation Division believe a man who may be able to help with inquiries into a suspicious death, could be heading north.

48-year-old Frank Eggley hasn’t been seen since the death of his partner on the 6th of March.

The body of a 42-year-old woman was found in a unit at the Mokari Flats on Nicker Crescent about 11:30pm.

“Police are working to locate Frank Eggley.” Said Detective Acting Senior Sergeant Leith Phillips.

“Police have since received a report Mr Eggley was sighted in Tennant Creek yesterday.”

He’s described as Aboriginal, about 175cm tall with a stocky build.

He was also last seen wearing black jeans/pants, a hooded jumper/beanie and carrying a backpack.

“Motorists travelling between Darwin, Tennant Creek and Alice Springs are asked to be on the lookout for Mr Eggley.” Said Det Act Snr Sgt Phillips.
