Acting Commander of the Ethical and Professional Standards Command, Lance Godwin advises that a 31-year-old female Police Officer has been directed to take leave.

“An internal investigation commenced following an allegation that the Police Officer accessed a Police computer database for personal reasons in contravention of standing policy.

“While the internal investigation remains underway, the Officer has been directed to take leave in accordance with the Police Administration Act.

“There is no further identifying information or details available while the internal investigation continues."  Acting Commander Godwin said.
