Major Crash Investigators are asking for witnesses to yesterday’s fatal crash at the intersection of Stuart Highway and Amy Johnson Avenue, Marrara, to come forward.

Senior Sergeant John Worrall said Investigators would like to talk to anyone who was in the vicinity of where the crash occurred between the hours of 1.40pm to 2pm.

“We would like to hear from anyone who may have noticed anything out of the ordinary, particularly if it involved the behaviour or manner of driving of other road users.

“In the event they saw anything unusual we would encourage them to contact Police on 131 444 or contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.”

Senior Sergeant Worrall said investigations into the crash are continuing and due to the nature of the incident the result will take time.
