A 42-year-old man has been charged following a domestic disturbance in Tennant Creek overnight that left a woman with serious facial injuries.

The man has been charged with unlawfully causing serious harm and aggravated assault. He has been remanded in custody to appear in the Alice Springs Magistrates Court tomorrow.
