Single vehicle crash – Alice Springs

Police


A blue Holden Berlina was seen by police travelling at speed along Larapinta Drive.
A short time later as police activated their lights and sirens to apprehend the vehicle, the Holden crashed into a light pole and a tree.
St John Ambulance also attended and conveyed the two male occupants, aged 20 and 29 years to Alice Springs Hospital.
The 29 year-old male passenger has since been flown to Adelaide to receive further treatment and remains in a critical condition.
An investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash is continuing and police are urging anyone that may have information into the incident to contact them on 131 444.
