Police have now apprehended three females in relation to drugs located in a vehicle in Daly River on 16 September 2008.

Members received reports that persons were attempting to sell cannabis from their vehicle in Daly River.

Upon locating and searching the car, 52.2 grams of cannabis was found.

An 18-year-old was arrested and charged with drug offences.

Investigations into the incident have continued and have subsequently led to the apprehension of two females aged 18 and 22.

The 18-year-old is to be summonsed and the 22-year-old was charged and bailed to appear in the Darwin Magistrate's Court at a later date.
