Northern Territory Public Safety App
Developed by NTPFES and specialist contractors, the ‘NT Public Safety’ app is an information only application.
The app has been created to provide the Territory public faster access to a range of Police, Fire and Emergency services. Territorians can access important information relating to the Tri-services, especially emergency numbers, flood and cyclone preparedness, and safety and security tips from their mobile.
There are plans to roll out increased functionality – including anonymous reporting for Crime Stoppers and direct access to your local police station.
Emergency 000 calls initiated via the App are still made by your mobile phone and uses location services to direct users to their closest PFES shop front.
