How to Provide a Compliment or Lodge a Complaint

If you wish to pay a compliment or make a complaint about the service provided by members of the NT Police Force or NT Fire and Emergency Service, you can contact us through any of the following channels:

For Police matters

In person:
•    Speak directly with any Police Officer
•    Visit the front counter of any Police Station

Through the NT Ombudsman

Complaints against Police can also be made to the NT Ombudsman by:
