The Northern Territory Police Force holds concerns for the welfare of 14-year-old Richard.

Richard was reported missing on Friday, 21 August after leaving his residence in the Rapid Creek area on Thursday, 20 August and has not been seen since.

He is described as being of Aboriginal appearance and of medium build with dark brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded jumper and short pants with no shoes.

Police believe he was sighted around 2am yesterday morning on Mitchell Street.
