The Northern Territory Police Force has charged the Federal Member for Solomon, Luke Gosling, with one count of breach of bail.

On 31 July 2026, Mr Gosling appeared before the Darwin Local Court where he applied to vary bail conditions in relation to an alleged assault on the Administrator of the Northern Territory on July 18.

It is alleged that Mr Gosling breached the bail conditions on 14 August 2026 and today he was served with a summons to appear in Darwin Local Court on 30 September 2026.
