On Thursday 14 August 2025, a member of the Northern Territory Police Force was served a Notice to Appear in relation to fraud offences allegedly committed in the Northern Territory.

The 33-year-old female Constable is scheduled to appear in Darwin Local Court on 8 September 2025 on charges of:

• Financial advantage by deception
• Forgery
• Use/utter false document

The member is currently on leave with pay.

The matter remains under investigation. Due to the case being before the courts, no additional information will be provided at this time.
