Northern Territory Police are calling for public assistance to locate a 33-year-old man.

The man absconded from Community Corrections in Alice Springs at around 9.45am on Thursday 8 August 2024. He is believed to be in the Alice Springs region or surrounding areas.

He is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, approximately 175cm tall and of medium build. He was last seen wearing black pants and black t-shirt with a white Nike logo on the front.

Alice Springs Police are actively looking for him and he is urged to return himself into custody as soon as possible.
