Our media unit operates from 7am to 4:30pm ACST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

For after-hours assistance regarding emergencies or significant events posing life or public safety risks, please contact our on-call media officer at 0417 770 686. Please note that texts to this number are not monitored and will not receive a response.

Media requests received outside of regular office hours, which do not involve emergencies or significant events, will be attended to on the next business day.
