Northern Territory Police are calling for information after a quadbike struck a cyclist in Coolalinga this morning.
Around 5:45am, the 72-year-old female cyclist was allegedly struck from behind by a quadbike on the Stuart Highway Service Road in Coolalinga. The quad bike rider allegedly did not provide aid or contact emergency services before riding off in the company of another quad bike rider.
The woman was conveyed to Palmerston Regional Hospital with extensive bruising and leg injuries.
