Northern Territory Police are calling for information after a man was robbed in Palmerston overnight. Around 11:30pm, the victim was driving home when he stopped near Syrimi Road and Kirkland Road intersection. Unknown males have allegedly also stopped at the scene and robbed the victim, stealing his bag. One of the males allegedly threatened the victim with a weapon before both men fled the scene. Detectives from Strike Force Trident are investigating the incident and are urging anyone with information to make contact on 131 444. Detectives are also requesting motorists in the area to review their dash cam footage between 10pm-11:45pm.
