A 35-year-old male has died as a result of injuries suffered in a motorcycle crash that occurred on Whitewood Road, Howard Springs, on the afternoon of Sunday 8 December 2019. 

The rider suffered critical injuries and was transported to the Royal Darwin Hospital but sadly has died this morning. 

The road toll remains at 31 following the investigation into the death of a 55 year-old-man who died in a motorcycle collision on Tiger Brennan Drive on the evening of Sunday 8 December 2019. 

The 2019 Northern Territory road toll now stands at 31 compared to 47 this time last year.
