A 23-year-old man who was last seen 50km south of Tennant Creek on Monday night, has been found alive.

Northern Territory Police found the man in scrub land south of Tennant Creek during search efforts this morning.

The man was suffering from dehydration and will be transported to the Tennant Creek Hospital for treatment.
