Police apprehended four drink drivers between the hours of 4:00 pm yesterday and 3:20 am this morning.

At approximately 4:40 pm yesterday a 42-year-old male was witnessed speeding along the Stuart Highway in Noonamah.

Members later pulled over the male driving a Toyota sedan and he returned a breath analysis reading of 0.146 percent.

Another 42-year-old male was apprehended at 10:30 pm in his Toyota Hilux on the Arnhem Highway at Humpty Doo, returning a reading of 0.116 percent.

At 1:00 am a 27-year-old male driving a Toyota Hilux was pulled over at a high visibility Random Breath Testing Station on McMillans Road.

He was subjected to a breath analysis test and returned a reading of 0.185 percent.

Members also apprehended an 18-year-old female driving a Ford on Nation Crescent in Coconut Grove at 3:20 am.

She returned a breath analysis reading of 0.113 percent.

All four drivers are to appear in court at a later date to face drink driving and other traffic related offences.
