Alice Springs police have again arrested a 12-year-old male youth in relation to an attempted unlawful entry that occurred early this morning.
Police responded to alarms sounding at the Coles Express petrol station on Gap Road at approximately 12:30 am.
It is alleged that the youth in the company of co-offenders attempted to unlawfully enter the premises however were disturbed by an attending security officer.
The youth was in breach of bail for previous offences that occurred on 25 and 30 January in which he is alleged to have unlawfully entered both the Memorial Club and the Target shopping complex.
He was charged with enter a building with intent (attempt only) and bailed to appear in the Alice Springs Youth Justice Court at a later date.
