Members of the Drug Enforcement Section yesterday executed a search warrant at a Wulagi residence at approximately 12:30 pm.

During the search 1664.47 grams (3.6 pounds) of cannabis was seized along with $12 150 in cash and a motor vehicle.

A male and female, both aged 28, have been arrested and charged with:

Possess a commercial quantity of cannabis
Receive property - commission of offence
Supply cannabis

They were remanded in custody to appear in the Darwin Magistrate's Court today.
