A man will appear in court following a number of unlawful entries at the Clay Target Club in Alice Springs

The man was arrested on Tuesday at the Amoonguna Community after members of the Property Crime Reduction Unit identified him from security camera footage at the club grounds.

Police allege the 23-year-old unlawfully entered the cartetaker's residence on three separate occasions stealing alcohol and a coin collection worth more than $1000. The incidents occurred on Thursday night, March 5 and Sunday night March 8.

The man has been charged with three counts of unlawful entry and two of stealing. He appeared in the Alice Springs Magistrates Court yesterday and has been remanded in custody to appear again on March 19.
