A 42-year-old man was arrested on 20 March following the execution of a search warrant of his premises on Wednesday 18 March.

Police seized his personal computer containing approximately eleven thousand images of child abuse material.

The man was charged with:

Possess Child Abuse Material
Distribute Child Abuse Material

He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear in Darwin Magistrate's Court on 3 April.
