Two 18-year-old males will be summonsed for allegedly causing damage to the night patrol vehicle and the front door panel of the Numbulwar Police Station in two separate incidents yesterday.

One of the males allegedly smashed the night patrol vehicle passenger window with an axe while it was parked in the Police Station driveway at approximately 4 am.

At around the same time the other 18-year-old walked past the police station and picked up a rock and allegedly threw it at the front door of the station causing it to smash.

The first male handed himself into police at approximately 8:30 am while Numbulwar Police located the second male in the community at around 9 am.

They were both interviewed and will be summonsed for the offence of criminal damage.
