Police are investigating the disturbance and assault of two males aged 16 and 21 that occurred at the Malak Oval last night.

It is alleged that a group of people had been playing soccer on the Malak Crescent oval at around 7:30 pm when they were approached by approximately 30 male youths.

An altercation has then occurred, resulting in the assault of a 16 and 21-year-old male.

A Mazda four wheel drive was also damaged during the disturbance.
