Police

Casuarina Police arrested a 33-year-old male in relation to the theft of a white Holden Commodore last night.

The offender has been taken in to custody and is expected to be charged and appear in Darwin Magistrate's Court at a later date in relation to the following offences:

Use a vehicle and cause damage over $1000
Fail to supply sufficient sample for breath analysis
Fail to stop after an accident
Drive a motor vehicle while unlicensed

Police have spoken to a number of witnesses and urge any person who may have witnessed this incident either in Driver or Karama to contact to Police on 131444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
