Katherine Police are investigating the suspicious death of a 21-year-old woman who was found deceased Saturday morning, at the Rock Hole community near Katherine.

The woman, who cannot be named for cultural reasons, was last seen alive in the community on the evening of Friday 15 May.

The cause of the woman's death has not yet been determined.

A 24-year-old male, who is the woman's spouse, is assisting police with their investigation.
