At 9:45 on Friday morning members of the Remote Community Drug Desk executed a search warrant on a Darwin City address.

As a result 20 capsules believed to be cocaine weighing 6.58 grams, 1.1 gram of cannabis and cash was located and seized from the property.

Two males are currently assisting police with their investigations and are expected to be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.

On the same day at about 9:55 am, members of the Drug Enforcement Section conducted a search warrant on a Larrakeyah residence.

Subsequently 60 tablets believed to be ecstasy and a substantial amount of cash was located and seized from the property.

A 29-year-old man was arrested at the scene and charged in relation to possessing a dangerous drug and possessing tainted property offence, he has been bailed to appear in Darwin Magistrate's Court on 11 June 2009.
