Members from the Commander's Tactical Team are investigating the unlawful entry of a residence on Don Circuit last night.

It is believed that the offender entered the display home in Durack between the hours of 9:00 pm last night and 7:45 am this morning and damaged property throughout the residence by throwing paint and liquids around the house and pool area.

It is also believed that the ceiling fans were ripped from their mountings and a large plasma television was stolen from the residence.

It is estimated that the repair costs will be in the vicinity of $100 000.

Police urge anyone that may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the area between those hours, to contact them on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
