Alice Springs Police have released descriptions of two of the five men believed to be occupants of the vehicle involved in the murder of a 33-year-old man in Alice Springs on Saturday.

Police believe five Caucasian men are the occupants of a white Toyota Dual Cab 4x4 Ute believed to be in the vicinity of Schwartz Crescent on Saturday morning.

One man is believed to be approximately 19-years-old with short dark hair and of a slim build.

The second man is believed to be in his late teens or early 20s with dark blonde/light brown hair, approximately 170cms tall and of medium build.

Police continue to work with witnesses and hope to release comfit images of the men tomorrow, but meanwhile continue to urge the five occupants of the vehicle to come forward to police.

The investigation into the mans death is ongoing with a number of witnesses still being spoken to and as such, it is appropriate to speculate on the motive.
