Members from Palmerston Investigations Unit located the boat on a vacant block of land on Pioneer Drive, Humpty Doo on Friday after receiving information from a member of the public.

It is alleged that the offender/s gained entry to Arafura Welding Services, on Beresford Road between the hours 8.00 pm Thursday 01 October and 7.00 am Friday 02 October.

Approximately $5 000 worth of accessories have been removed from the boat and further investigations into the theft are continuing.

Senior Constable Jeremy Brunton urges anyone with information to come forward.

"We have had many calls from the Public offering information that assisted us in finding the boat and returning it to its rightful owner. We would like to hear from anyone who may have other information. "

"If you saw the boat, particularly in the Virginia, Humpty Doo or Berry Springs areas, or witnessed any suspicious activity in the Yarrawonga area around the time the boat was stolen, please contact us on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000" he said.
