NT Police Commissioner John McRoberts said today that Senior Constable Peter Gray would now be subject to NT Police disciplinary proceedings following his conviction for driving under the influence.

Senior Constable Gray pleaded guilty in the Darwin Magistrate's Court to the charge and was fined $600 with a $40 dollar victim levy and his driver's license disqualified for six months.

"I will announce the outcome of the internal disciplinary proceedings as soon as that process is completed," Commissioner McRoberts said.
