Nhulunbuy Police have charged a woman with drug offences overnight after she was found in possession of a quantity of cannabis at Nhulunbuy Airport. Police Drug Dog Archie provided a positive response to the woman passenger, after she disembarked from the Cairns flight. The 36-year-old woman, a Nhulunbuy local, had two bags of cannabis concealed on her person, and a third bag was discovered in her laptop case. The total gross weight of the cannabis exceeded 115 grams. The woman has been charged with the following offences; Possess Cannabis - Trafficable Quantity Supply Cannabis
