Police are continuing their search for a 14-year-old boy who went missing near Milingimbi on Sunday.

It is believed the boy was swimming in a creek near the community when he was bitten by a crocodile before disappearing under water; he has not been seen since.

Police are continuing to conduct land and water searches for the missing boy.

There is no further update at this stage.
