Strike Force Trident members are attempting to find the rightful owners of a number of items seized from a home in Malak.

Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Stringer said Detectives executed a search warrant on a home in Marchant Court yesterday, and located nine laptop computers.

“We believe all of the computers to be stolen property and have identified three of them, however six of them remain unaccounted for,” Detective Senior Sergeant Stringer said.

“Police also located a small amount of cannabis and methamphetamine.

“Two of the computers were stolen from a house in Nightcliff and one was from a house on Mitchell Street last month.

“I urge anyone who may have had their homes unlawfully entered recently, and who have not yet reported the incident to Police, to do so on 131 444.

“A simple call could be all you need to do to be reacquainted with your property.”
