A 23-year-old man will appear in Alice Springs Magistrates Court today in relation to a stabbing incident in Ross.

Detective Superintendent Brent Warren said the offender allegedly stabbed a 25-year-old man several times to his leg and torso after engaging in a fight on 4 May.

Police arrested the alleged offender yesterday and charged him with unlawfully causing serious harm and possessing an offensive weapon.
