Detectives from the Online Child Exploitation Investigation Unit have today arrested a 27-year-old man for the production of child abuse material.

The male was purporting to be a 17-year-old teenager, engaging with multiple children on-line.  His on-line behaviour included procuring children to expose themselves on web-cam, enabling him to capture images.

He was arrested today at his residence in Rosebery and is currently in police custody.

He has been formally charged with Produce Child Abuse Material, and more charges are anticipated.
