Three men will be appearing in court today charged with the serious assault of a 31-year-old man in Darwin City.

Detective Senior Sergeant Karl Day, from the Serious Crime Squad, said the three men aged 18, 25 and 38, assaulted the victim in the early hours of Saturday morning.

“The three alleged offenders were arrested and charged with unlawfully causing serious harm and violent disorder. 

“They were refused bail and will be appearing in Darwin Magistrates Court later today”
