Three men are currently in Police custody following a number of assaults and unlawful entries in the Palmerston area overnight.

Detective Acting Senior Sergeant Annette Cooper from the Serious Crime Squad said it is alleged the three men assaulted up to six people and unlawfully entered three homes between 8 and 9pm.

“Four victims were conveyed to Royal Darwin Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. All have since been discharged”.

The three males are expected to be charged with a number of offences including aggravated assault, stealing with violence and criminal damage.
