A 24-year-old man has been arrested outside Darwin Magistrates Court today after providing a false name to Police.

The man was facing court in relation to a vehicle apprehension in Karama yesterday morning.

The man has been charged with:

Providing false name to Police

Possess firearms and ammunition without a license

Stealing with violence

Investigations are ongoing and further charges are possible.
