Katherine Detectives are treating the death of a 31-year-old male in Kakadu National Park overnight as non-suspicious.

Detective Senior Sergeant David Richardson from Katherine Police said initial investigations have determined that the male walked the top trail of Jim Jim Falls earlier in the day.

“We are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area yesterday and may have seen a male, traveling alone and possibly taking photographs, to please contact Police on 131 444.

“Investigations will continue and a report will be compiled for the Coroner.”
