Police hold concerns for the welfare of missing mother and daughter Tammy Reiss (41) and Karlee-May Durnan (16).

Acting Commander Don Fry from the Central Desert Division said the pair hasn’t been seen since they left their Haasts Bluff Community on Wednesday night.

“It is believed the pair was traveling to Alice Springs in their grey Toyota Prado. They haven’t been seen or heard from since.

“Police and community members are currently searching the area in question. However, with appreciation to the current weather circumstances, this is proving difficult.

“We ask anyone who has seen or heard from Tammy or Karlee-May, or possibly seen the vehicle in question to contact Police on 131 444”.
