Southern Investigation Detectives have released a comfit of a male in relation to an indecent assault in Alice Springs

Detective Sergeant Joedy Kitchen said the unknown male unlawfully entered a residence in The Gap at around 1:00am yesterday and indecently assaulted a 30-year-old woman as she slept.

“The woman woke and the male he fled the premises with a quantity of cash.

“He is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, slim build, approximately 158cm, tall and was wearing a baseball styled cap and white runners.

“Police urge anyone who may recognise this male or anyone with any information in relation to this incident to call Police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
