A 64-year-old man has been charged following a large kava seizure in Darwin and Katherine yesterday.
He will appear in Katherine Magistrates Court today charged with:
- Supply a commercial quantity of kava without a licence
- Possess a commercial quantity of kava without a licence
- Possess plates calculated to deceive
- Drive unregistered motor vehicle plates calculated to deceive
- Drive unregistered motor vehicle
- Drive uninsured motor vehicle
- Drive contrary to provisions of licence
